摘　　要：目的 建立HPLC法测定止痒酊中苦参碱的含量。方法 采用Hypersil C18柱，甲醇0．05％三乙胺溶液（45：55）为流动相，柱温40％，流速1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为220nm。结果 苦参碱在31．84，157．40mg^-1范围内线形关系良好，相关系数分别为r=0．9994，回收率为96．88％，RSD=1.83％。结论 改方法简便、准确、可作为制剂的定量分析方法。Aim To establish a reversed - phase HPLC method for the determination of matrine in Zhiyang tincture. Method The contents of matrine were assayed on a Hypersil Clacolumn with a mobile phase of methanol - 0.05% glaciahriethylamine （45：55 ） at a column temperature of 40 %. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1. The detection wavelength was at 220 nm. Result The linear ranges of matrine were 31.84～157.40 mg·L^-1 （ r =0. 9994） respectively. The average recovery was 96.88%. The RSD was 1.83%. Conclusion This method is simple and quick,reproducible ,and can be used for the quantitation analysis.
