金匮肾气丸对肺纤维化大鼠肺组织中肿瘤坏死因子α表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨金匮肾气丸防治肺纤维化作用及机理。方法:用平阳霉素诱导肺纤维化模型大鼠后,用药组每天灌胃肾气丸,28d后处死,观察、比较各组大鼠肺部病理组织学改变及肺组织中TNF-α表达。结果:模型组大鼠肺泡炎及纤维化程度、肺组织中TNF-α表达均明显高于正常对照组及用药组(P<0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸能明显减轻平阳霉素所致的大鼠肺泡炎及纤维化程度,抑制肺组织中TNF-α过度表达。AIM： To investigate the effect and mechanism of Jingui Shenqi Pill（JGSQ） on pulmonary fibrosis. METHODS ： Pulmonary fibrosis was induced by bleomycinA5 in SD rats. Rats in drug group were killed after being treated by taking JGSQ daily for 28 days. The lungs of all rats were harvested for histopathological studies. The con- tents of tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α） in lungs were measured and compared. RESULTS： The degree of the alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis, the contents of TNF-α in lungs increased significantly in the model group as compared with the normal group and the JGSQ treated group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION： The contents of TNF-α in lungs from the rats with pulmonary fibrosis were significantly higher than that of the normal rats, JGSQ could significantly alleviate the increase and the degree of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis.
