摘  要:为及时发现长期运行复合绝缘子伞裙护套材料的憎水性下降,测试了现场运行复合绝缘子的憎水性迁移、丧失和恢复特性,并利用傅立叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)分析了伞裙材料表面成分。结果发现复合绝缘子所用生胶PDMS主链增长是其憎水性下降的原因之一。应做好复合绝缘子运行状态检测工作,以充分发挥其优异性能。The hydrophobicity loss of housing and sheds material often occurs when composite insulators are in a long term service, and the hydrophobicity loss is often neglected. In this paper, the transfer, loss and recovery of hydrophobicity of composite insulators in service are analyzed. The Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy is used to analyze components on the surface of housing and sheds. It is found that the performance of hydrophobicity becomes worse and that the detection of composite insulator must be reinforced in service, so that the excellent performances of composite insulators can be fully exerted.
