摘 要:针对电场与生物工程相结合所具有的独特优势发展出高效、特殊的生物加工的现状,综述了细胞的电穿孔、电场对细胞生长和代谢的影响、电分离、电检测等的应用和研究进展,分析了因细胞对电场敏感性的差异性,电解反应、欧姆热以及设备放大和运行成本等导致一些技术实用中的局限性,尚需进一步的研究。Electric field as a physical means could be applied in bioengineering. Some high efficient and special bioprocesses can be developed by combining biotechnology with electric field. This integration will gain advantages over classic technique and has promising prospects and what have been applied in the past of electric field in bioengineering are reviewed, such as electro perforation, effects of electric field on cell growth and metabolite production, elec troseparation, and electric monitoring. Application of some of these techniques is limited in practice due to different cell sensitivity under electric field treatment, occurrence of electrolysis and ohmic thermo, amplificatory difficulty of equipment and operation cost. Further research is needed to overcome these problems.
