摘  要:目的建立饮用水中痕量有机污染物的测定方法。方法用固相萃取法以大孔网状树脂为固定相富集分离水中痕量有机物,用气相色谱-质谱联用法进行检测。结果国产GDX-102树脂和进口XAD-2树脂在相同条件下富集、洗脱并浓缩后进行分析,吸附有机物效率相近。用60ml甲醇-丙酮(体积比为7∶3)混合液的洗脱效果优于分别用60ml丙酮和60ml二氯甲烷的洗脱效果。未经浓缩的样品保留了易挥发有机物,但对于某些含量极低的有机物检出能力大大降低;加热浓缩法对于饮用水中非挥发性组分的保留和浓缩最适宜,可节省浓缩时间,但损失了大量低沸点组分;自然挥发浓缩法虽耗时较长,但可在一定程度上兼顾挥发性和非挥发性组分。DB-5色谱柱的分离效果优于OV-1701色谱柱。DB-5柱的最佳柱温条件为,初始温度为40℃,保持3min,升温速度3℃/min,终温280℃,载气流速0.8ml/min。采用该方法在某市多个水厂的出厂水中检出有机污染物均在100种以上。结论该方法具有简便、快速、灵敏、分离效果好、易于推广普及的特点,适用于自来水、洁净的地下水及水源水中有机化合物的分析。Objective To develop a method for determination of trace organic pollutants in drinking water. Methods The organic pollutants in water were enriched and separated by a solid-phase extraction method with the big form resin of hole pattern as the enrichment of stationary phase and then were detected by GC-MS. Results The ideal test condition and the enriched method of sample were established in the present paper. Many water .,rumples were determined by the newly established method. Over 100 organic pollutants were identified in these samples. Conduslon The newly established method is simple, fast, sensitive and easy to popularize and is suitable for determining organic chemical compounds in tap water, dean underground water and the water of source water.
