摘　　要：中小企业是推动我国国民经济发展的重要力量,而融资难问题长期困扰着我国中小企业,分析产生中小企业融资难的深层次原因得出的结论是必须加快建设良好的金融生态环境。这需要包括金融机构在内的有关部门既要协调配合,又要有所分工、有所侧重,扶服并举,制定出符合实中小企业特点、切实可行的政策措施,为改善中小企业的融资环境创造条件。Middle and small firms are playing an important role in China＇s national economy development. But financing puzzels has disturbed the middle and small firms for a long time in China. By analyzing the further reasons of financing puzzles, the author suggests constructing a favorable financial ecological environment to solve the problem. It requires relevant branches, including financial organizations, to coordinate with each other and draft practical policy which conforms to middle and small firms and create the conditions to perfect financing environment.
