外阴尖锐湿疣患者宫颈HPV-DNA的检测分型

摘　　要：目的探讨外阴尖锐湿疣(CA)患者同时伴有宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的可能性,为宫颈癌的防治提供理论依据。方法应用基因芯片技术,对58例外阴CA患者宫颈HPV-DNA亚型(18种高危型和5种低危型)进行分型检测;用同期无外阴CA的42例宫颈HPV-DNA作对照。结果外阴CA患者伴宫颈HPV占79.3%,明显高于对照组的19.0%(P<0.001);外阴CA患者宫颈糜烂较光滑者更多伴有宫颈HPV感染(P<0.05)。结论外阴尖锐湿疣患者宫颈HPV感染常见;对外阴尖锐湿疣患者在治疗外在疣体的同时,更应重视宫颈HPV-DNA检测及宫颈糜烂情况,并进行相应的治疗。Objective To explore if the patients infected with Condyloma acuminatum were simultaneously infected with human Papillomavirus （HPV） and provide theoretic basis for prevention and control of cervical cancer, Methods The 23 cervical HPV - DNA genotypes of 58 patients with Condyloma acuminatum were differentiated with gene chip technique. The HPV - DNA from 42 patients without Condyloma acurainatum were taken as control, Results Tile positive rate for HPV in patients with Condyloma acuminatum was 79.3%, higher than that of 19.0% in the control group （P 〈 0.001）. HPVB infections would be observed more often in Condyloma acuminatum patients with cervical erosion （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Cervical HPV infection is common in patients with Condyloma acuminatum ; Stress be put on the detection of cervical HPV infection and cervical erosion during treatment of patients infected with Condyloma acuminatum for offering proper treatment.
