摘 要:目的 分析梅州市2003~2004年狂犬病流行特征,为控制狂犬病提供科学依据。方法 收集梅州市2003~2004年狂犬病个案调查表、疫情报告和疫点处理资料,进行流行病学分析。结果 梅州市2003~2004年发生47例狂犬病,男性多于女性,农民最多(占59.57%),60,岁组发病率最高(36.17%),80,85%的病例没有接种狂犬疫苗。结论 犬群数量大而免疫率低;暴露后伤口未处理,未接种狂犬疫苗或抗血清是狂犬病发病的重要原因。Objective To analyze the prevalent features of rabies in Meizhou City in 2003 ~ 2004 provide scientific basis for control the disease. Methods The individual survey questionnaire, Methou City infection report and other data concerning rabies in 2003 ~ 2004 were collected and analyzed. Results There were 47 rabies cases in 2003 ~ 2004 in Meizhou City and most of the infections occurred to males. 59.57% of the infections occurred to farmers and 36.17% of the infections occurred to the age group of above 60 yeas. It was noticed that 80.85 % cases didn't vaccinated with rabies vaccine. Conclusion Low vaccination rate in the population are the main factors associated with the higher infection rate of rabies in Meizhou City.
