泌尿生殖道支原体感染及耐药性监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解江门地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染情况及其耐药性。方法对4 935例泌尿生殖道感染患者进行解脲脲原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)培养鉴定,并对阳性标本作12种抗生素药敏试验。结果共检出支原体阳性1 672例,总阳性率为33.88%。其中Uu 1 514例、Mh 47例、Uu合并Mh 111例,阳性检出率分别为30.68%、0.95%、2.25%;男性组Uu、Mh、Uu合并Mh的阳性检出率分别为12.47%、0.97%、1.01%,女性组Uu、Mh、Uu合并Mh的阳性检出率分别为46.28%、0.95%3、.31%。支原体对司巴沙星、阿岐霉素的耐药率较高,分别为33.2%和52.3%、而对美满霉素、强力霉素耐药率较低,分别为6.1%和7.6%。结论江门地区支原体感染以Uu为主,女性组Uu及Uu合并Mh的检出率高于男性组,支原体对美满霉素和强力霉素较为敏感。Objective To probe the prevalence and drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum （Uu）and Mycoplasma hominis （Mh） in patients with urogenital tract infection in Jiangmen City. Methods 4 935 patients with urogenital tract inflammation from July 2003 to June 2005 were included. The results of mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity test were analyzed, Results 1 672 cases were positive for mycoplasma in the 4 935 patients, Among them, 1 514 （30,68 % ） were infected with Uu, 47 （0.95 % ） with Mh, and 111（2.25% ） with mixed infection of Uu-Mh, The positive rates for Uu, Mh and mixed infection of Uu-Mh were 12. 47% （284/2 277）, 0.97% （22/2 277） and 1,01 % （23/2 277）in the male group, respectively. And that in female group were 46.28% （ 1 230/2 658）, 0.94 % （25/2 658） and 3.31% （88/2 658）, respectively. Compared with the male group, the infection rate of Uu and mixed infection of Uu - Mh was significantly higher in the female group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, but there was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of Mh between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The resistance rates to sparfloxacln and azithromycin were high （33.2% and 52.3% respectively） ,and low to minomycin and doxycycline （6.1% and 7.6%, respectively）. Conclusion Most of patients infected with mycoplasma Uu, the infection rate in female patients with Uu and mixed infections of Uu - Mh was higher than that of male patients, Mycoplasma is sensitive to minomycin and doxycycline in Jiangmen City.
