摘　　要：油田企业女工下岗后成为社会的弱势群体,具体表现在社会地位弱化、劳动权力虚化、经济利益恶化、技能素质退化、人际关系淡化。要解决好这一具体的现实问题,一是要促进观念转变,增强女工的技能素质;二是要搭建就业平台,拓宽发展空间;三是要解决实际困难,改善创业条件。One of the most urgent issue is to resolve the re-employment of the laid-off women workers currently. The Union Organization of Jiangban Petroleum Administration Bureau has been trying its best to find approaches and methods of how to resolve the issue based on the basic circs of the laid-off women workers, and has given lots of laid-off women workers much more opportunities to re-employ.
