校医室使用中消毒剂污染菌的耐药谱分析

摘　　要：目的对深圳市龙岗区近几年从学校医务室使用中消毒剂分离到的污染菌进行耐药谱分析。方法WHO推荐的K-B法。结果使用中消毒剂污染菌对CRO、AM、P耐药,且呈多重耐药趋势。结论消毒剂在使用过程中污染菌的耐药谱发生了改变。Objective To understand the antibiotic - resistant status of the bacteria isolated from in - use disinfectants in school medical rooms in Longgang District Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Shenzhen City. Methods K - B method recommended by WHO was used in this survey. Results These bacterium strains were resistant to CRO, Ampicillin and Benzylpcnicillin and showed a tendency of multiple resistance. Conclusion Changes of drug resistance has occurred to the bacteria isolated from in - use disinfectants in school medical rooms.
