摘　　要：对“第二届全国科技文化与社会现代化学术研讨会”的专家和学者讨论的问题,如“科技文化的理论建构和研究视角”、“科学文化与人文文化的关系”、“科技创新与文化发展”和“科技文化与中国社会现代化的关系”等进行了概述性介绍。The article generalizes the views of experts and scholars who attended ＂The Second Session of National Scientific-technology Culture and Social Modernization Academic Seminar＂ that revolved the topic which ＂the theoretical construction and the research angle about the scientific-technological culture＂ , ＂the relations between scientific culture and the human culture＂, ＂the technical innovation and the cultural development＂ and ＂the relations between scientific-technological culture and the Chinese social modernization＂ and so on.
