摘　　要：文章在理论探讨的基础上,提出构建“以人为本”的社会发展综合评价指标体系的设想,并利用因子分析与生存满意度指标相结合的评价方法对中国各地区社会发展水平进行了实证研究。旨在丰富社会发展水平综合评价指标体系的内容,了解中国各地区社会发展水平及存在的问题,从而为我国社会发展水平综合评价研究和政策的制定提供理论依据。The article puts forward the idea of indicators system building of social development from the view of Human-oriented thoughts. Then taking Factor Analysis as the tool in the empirical study establishes the new indicators system. This thesis aims at enriching the content of the comprehensive evaluation indicators system of the social development level; makes it portray the social development level of a country or region in an all- round way objectively and accurately; hopes to find out the main influential factors of social development level; hence provides bases for government decision making.
