探讨人工流产术镇痛方法的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨一种安全、有效、简便使用供选择的无痛人流。方法:将ASAI级198例中止妊娠者随机分为笑气组、笑气联合利多卡因局部浸润麻醉组、宫术安栓组、对照组。结果:笑气联合利多卡因局部浸润麻醉镇痛完全(P<0.01),无人流综合征发生,局部用药组能减轻疼痛,但不能避免人流综合征的发生。而笑气组虽然避免人流综合征的发生,但不能完全消除疼痛。结论:笑气联合利多卡因局部浸润麻醉用于人工流产安全有效。Objective To find a safe and effective apphcable convenient method of painless induced abortion. Method ASAI 198 patients who underwent induced abortion were randomly divided into four groups：nitrous oxide anesthesia group,nitrous oxide anesthesia combined local block with lidocain group,uterotory embolus settoy group and contrast group. Results Nitrous oxide combined with lidocain local block can completely eliminate painness （P〈0.01）,no reaction of artificial abortion syndrome arise,uterotory embolus settry group can release painness,but can not avoid reaction of artificial abortion syndrome. Nitrous oxide anesthesia avoid producting artificial abortion syndrome but do not completely eliminate painness. Conclusion Nitrous oxide anesthesia combined with lidocain local block is salt convenient and effective for the patients of induced abortion .
