摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)三维(SVR)及二维(MPR)重建成像在颌面部骨折中的应用价值。方法:35例颌面创伤患者,全部行薄层螺旋CT横断面扫描,并行MPR和SVR重建成像。结果:螺旋CT的重建成像方法MPR和SVR能够立体直观显示骨折的特点和类型。结论:在颌面骨骨折中,综合应用MSCT的重建成像方法MPR和SVR具有较高的临床价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of three dimension reconstruction （SVR.） and two dimensions reconstruction （MPR） with multislicespiral CT in the case of maxillofacial fractures, Method 35 patients having complex maxillofacial fractures were examined with thin slice CT scan and imaging reconstruction. Results The type and feature of maxiUofacial fractures were demonstrated steroscopicaUy and directly by MPR/SVR. images reconstructed from MSCT. Conclusion The application of SVR and MPR is valuable for diagnosis of maxillofacial fractures.
