摘　　要：目的:探讨霉菌性鼻窦炎的CT表现和价值。方法:回顾性分析比较资料齐全的57例霉菌性鼻窦炎CT表现。结果:大多数病例表现为窦腔软组织内散在不规则钙化密度影、单独存在的骨质增生硬化。结论:窦腔软组织内散在不规则钙化密度影是霉菌性上颌窦炎特征性表现,CT检查定性诊断困难,CT检查主要价值在于确定病变范围及程度。Objective To discuss the representation and value of CT examination of mycosis of sinus, Method review of CT representations of 57 cases mycosis of sinus was made. Results The representing anomaly calcified shade among the parenchyma in the sinus is the characteristic representation of mycosis of sinus. The main value of the CT examination is to confirm the range and degree of damage.
