摘  要:由均质材料、复合材料、功能梯度材料和功能细结构材料构成的理想材料零件是实现零件几何拓扑、材料和功能完美结合的新型零件,其CAD模型是实现理想材料零件数字化并行设计和制造过程的基础。着眼于理想材料零件CAD模型中的材料表述模型,提出了使用细观尺度上的周期性细结构统一表述单质材料、复合材料、功能梯度材料和功能细结构材料的方案,并在单纯剖分基础上,完成了理想材料零件的几何和材料信息的表述。所给出的材料信息提取算法及算例证明了数字化方案的可行性和有效性。Ideal functional material components (IFMC) are the heterogeneous objects, which are constructed by homogeneous material, functionally gradient material (FGM), composite material and meso-structure material. The gradient and constituent features of material need to represent in the manufacturing of IFMC. In the viewpoint of regarding homogeneous material, FGM, composite material etc. all as periodic meso-structure material, we presented a three-tuple based uniform meso- scale model to represent the material's constituent features. And a simplex subdivision based model was presented to represent the material's gradient characteristics. These two models together formed a hi scale material model, which represented the material from meso-seale and macro-scale. Based on this model, a slicing algorithm is developed for the manufacturing of IFMC. And the following slicing examples show how do the model and slicing algorithm work.
