摘  要:目的探讨化疗药物静脉推注速度与压力对血管内膜产生的影响。方法选择50例首次接受阿霉素(ADM)化疗患者,化疗第1周期采用对照1法,即人工静脉推注,时间20~30min;第2周期采用观察1法,即微泵推注,300ml/h,时间10min。将12只兔分别于化疗第1、2周期采用人工推注(对照2法)、微泵推注(观察2法)ADM。结果2种方法患者静脉炎发生率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2种方法兔血管损伤程度比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01)。结论微泵静脉推注化疗药物,由于其恒速衡压,能明显减轻对血管内膜的损伤,从而有效保护血管,减少静脉炎发生率。Objective To study the influence of drug infusion speed and pressure on the vascular injury during vein Chemotherapy and to search for a desirable infusion speed and pressure. Methods ADM was infused by nurses or by syringe pump. In the control groups 1 and 2, the infusion speed and pressure was not definite and the perfusion time was 20- 30 min and 3 min respectively. In the observation groups 1 and 2, the infusion speed was 300 ml/60 min and 99 ml/ min, pressure 1 bar, and infusion time 10 min and 3 rain respectively. Clinical and animal experiments were performed to comparatively study the vascular injury. Results There was significant difference in the degree of vessel injury and the occurrence of phlebitis between two clinical experimental groups or between two animal experimental group (all P 〈0.05). Conclusion Using the steady pressure and steady speed to infuse chemotherapeutic agents could significantly alleviate the injury of vascular intima and induce the occurrence of phlebitis.
