摘 要:探讨了高速夹网纸机表面施胶对原纸平滑度、透气度以及抗拒流体瞬间渗透性能(PDA)的影响;通过机外高速涂布机对原纸进行相同的涂布工艺,比较了不同表面施胶剂组成与涂层覆盖率和印刷墨斑的差异。与100%氧化淀粉表面施胶相比,配加一定量的合成表面施胶剂,能降低原纸的平滑度和透气度,提高PDA。PDA小,平滑度高,透气度高,能提高涂层覆盖率;涂层覆盖率主要取决于涂层表面结构,覆盖率高不能反映出印刷墨斑的程度低。PDA和原纸透气度是控制印刷墨斑的关键参数,PDA大,原纸透气度低,能降低印刷墨斑的程度,添加合成表面施胶剂有利于改善涂布纸的印刷适性。The smoothness, air permeability and ability of resitance liquid penetrating (expressed by PDA) of the base paper were studied after surface sizing on the high speed gap former. The effect of surface sizing on coating coverage and mottle of the coated paper was discussed. Compared with 100% oxidative starch, surface sizing agent containing synthesis polymer could improve the ability of paper to resist the liquid penetrating into the base paper and decrease the smoothness and air permeability of the base paper. Low PDA, high smoothness and air permeability increased coating coverage. Coating coverage depended on the coating layer surface structure. The relation between coating coverage and print mottle was not found. The key factors controlling print mottle were PDA and air permeability. High PDA and low air permeability could decrease mottle and improve the print quality.
