摘 要:研究了ASA的施胶过程,并用FTIR漫反射技术分析了施胶纸中ASA的化学行为及其变化。研究结果表明,在本实验条件下,纸样中没有形成ASA与纤维羟基间的酯键;赋予纸页施胶作用的主要是ASA的衍生物;纸页干燥温度对施胶效果影响不大;加入一定量的Al3+可较明显地提高ASA的留着率,提高施胶效果。用放置后的ASA施胶,纸页的施胶效果明显降低,再用Al2(SO4)3浸渍纸页能使纸页的施胶度接近或达到ASA乳化后直接施胶的施胶效果。The chemical change of ASA in sizing was studied. The spectra of ASA sized paper were analyzed by using a FT-IR diffuse reflectance spectrometer. The analysis of the spectra showed that the ester bonds between hydroxyl groups of cellulose and the anhydrides of the ASA were not found under the experimental conditions. The results also showed that the sizing effect was endowed with mainly by the derivant of ASA which was ASA acid chloride formed from the chemical reaction between ASA and the chloride in the emulsion agent. There was no significant influence of drying temperature on the sizing degree of the sized paper. With addition of a suitable quantity of Al^3+ into the stock the retention .of ASA and the sizing efficiency would be improved. The ASA emulsion stored in a period of time contributed to poor sizing due to the hydrolysis of ASA. A recovered sizing degree could be achieved by immersing the paper which had been sized with the hydrolyzed ASA emulsion in a Al2(SO4)3 solution.
