摘　　要：介绍了石岘白麓纸业股份有限公司彩色胶印新闻纸技改工程的主要特点和先进性、土建工程、主要节能和环保措施以及建成后的效果。The main features and advancement of the engineering design, the civil engineering, main energy saving and environmental protection measurements of Shixian Bailu Paper Mill＇ s newsprint project are briefly introduced in this paper. The final result of the project is also presented.
