摘　　要：医疗责任保险被证明是化解医疗职业风险的最佳方法。本文介绍了医疗责任保险的基础理论和国外实施医疗责任保险制度的基本情况,分析我国实施该项制度的必要性,并总结了我国目前医疗责任保险的研究和实施情况。针对目前存在的问题,提出了可行的对策建议。Medical liability insurance had been proved to be the best method to dispose the medical professional risk. The paper introduced some basic theory and foreign situations about the insurance practice, analyzed the necessity of establishing the systems of medical liability insurance in China, and summarized our country＇s research and practice situations. Aiming at the subsistent problems, the paper put forward some countermeasure and advices.
