中西医结合治疗老年人肺炎64例观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年人肺炎治疗方法。方法:125例患者按随机分层法分为治疗组64例,对照组61例。治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上用鱼腥草注射液、参麦注射液、复方丹参注射液治疗,对照组用常规西医治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率89.06%,对照组总有效率73.77%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年人肺炎疗效较好。Objective： to inquire the treatment of old pneumonia. Methods ：125 old patients of pneumonia were divided into two groups randomly ： the treated group （ including 64 patients） and the controlled group （ including 64 patients）. The former was given YuXing Cao injection, DanSheng injection and the later was given only common West medicine treatment. The period of treatment was two weeks. Results： the total effective rates of the treated group：89.06% ; the total effective rates of the controlled group： 73.77% were significantly different, P 〈0. 05. Conclusions： the treated group has better effects the controlled group and it is a good way to treat old pneumonia with integrated Chinese traditional and west medicine.
