摘　　要：基于分散网络化制造的产品开发和快速实现研究,目的是为在中国推广分散网络化制造建立示范系统。重点是研究产品开发及快速实现过程中任务获取、任务分配、进度的协调、信息传输等。通过案例证明了分散网络化制造和网络联盟企业的思想,在相关企业中应用的前景和可能性。This paper studied the development and rapid realization of product based on dispersed network manufacturing （DNM）, its aim is to establish a demonstration system for spreading the dispersed network manufacturing in China. The focal points of this paper are to study the acquirement of assignment, the distribution of assignment, the coordination of rate of progress and transformation of information etc. during the course of the development and rapid realization of product. The prospects and possibility of application on the thought of dispersed network manufacturing and networked appliance enterprises in the interrelated enterprises were testified through an example of case.
