摘 要:以钛酸丁酯为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,浓硝酸为酸度控制剂,冰醋酸为抑制剂,用溶胶-凝胶法制备粒径为10nm左右的纳米TiO2粉体。并通过表面活性剂和共沸蒸馏来改善纳米TiO2粉体的团聚,结果表明部分阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂对纳米TiO2粉体的团聚改善较明显,而阳离子表面活性剂对粉体的团聚改善不明显;共沸蒸馏对粉体的团聚改善也较显著。The experiment was carried out with the tetrabutyl titanate as raw material, anhydrous ethanol as solvent, concentrated nitric acid as acidity controlling agent, and glacial acetic acid as inhibiting agent by means of Sol-Gel method to prepare nanometer TiO2 powder of about 12nm. The powder conglobation was improved by the azeotropic distillation and the surface active reagent. The experimental results show that the conglobation improvement of powder is evident with anion surfactant and ion surfactant, the conglobation improvement of powder is not evident with cation surfactant; the conglobation improvement of powder is also evident by azeotropic distillation.
