浅谈重庆市边坡工程变更设计的管理

摘　　要：在边坡治理工程中,由于国家建设部和重庆市目前都没有针对“动态设计法、信息施工法”的明确规定,因此出现主管部门监督管理依据不充分,勘察、设计、监理、施工单位无章可循的现象。本文根据多年的工作经验,提出重庆市边坡工程变更设计管理办法的设想,希望起到规范参建各方的行为,使各工作环节有序,工程质量、进度、安全有保障,投资有控制的目的。in slope promoting projects, because there exists no definite specifications concerning “dynamic design approach, information construction method” in Chongqing and Ministry of Construction, so the administration-in.charge has little criteria to superintend, and the reconnaissance, design, supervision and contractors have no rules to observe. Based on many years of practical experience, this article brings forward the assumption about the management of design alteration in slope project in Chongqing, and hopes to regulate the behavior of all aspects involved in project, put all works orderly, ensure the project quality） progress and security, and control the investment.
