摘　　要：通过对针轴磁钢总成压铸成型工艺的分析,针对压铸件多嵌件、难定位的特点,在模具型腔上使用镶块结构,较好地解决了嵌件在模具中定位难的问题,生产的铸件符合设计要求。该模具经实际生产验证使用方便,生产效率高。The die-casting forming process of spindle and magnetic steel assy was analyzed. In the design of the die, there were difficulties in the positioning of many inserts. A new die with insert blocks in the cavity was designed to solve the problem. The die operated well and produced qualified products efficiently,
