摘　　要：本文介绍我国质量法律法规体系的结构,质量法律法规在ISO9001标准中的体现,对质量法律法规与ISO9001标准的关系作了详细阐述,并就质量法律法规在质量管理体系建立和实施中的作用进行了探讨。This essay introduces the structure of quality laws and regulations reflected in the ISO9001 standard-subsequently that essay made detailed between laws ＆ regulations and the ISO9001 standard and study on the funcation which laws ＆ regulations play on establishing and implenting in the quality management systems. _
