摘　　要：采用煮练酶SKD-301对中厚、高支高密和粗厚纯棉织物进行前处理,探讨了煮练酶用量、pH值、堆置时间和织物品种对煮练效果的影响,发现煮练酶对中厚织物效果较好。与传统的煮漂工艺对比表明,酶处理织物强力高、布面净、退浆率好,且有环保优势,文中给出了生产中的注意事项。With scouring enzyme SKD-301, the pretreatment of three kinds of cotton fabrics with medium weight, high count and density and heaw fabrics were carried out respectively. The influence of scouring enzyme dosage, pH value, batching time, and fabric varieties to scouring effect was discussed. It is found that medium weight fabric treated with SKD-301 has better effect. The fabric treated with enzyme featured high strength, clean fabric surface, better desizing percentage, and environmental friendly compared with conventional scouring and bleaching process.
