摘　　要：对城市道路网承载的功能从交通运输、市政公用设施的埋设空间、城市骨架、绿化、防灾等七个方面进行了总结。讲述了道路网规划的基本思想是疏解,并从道路等级结构、道路网密度和道路网的结构形式三个方面阐述了道路网规划应重视的基本内容。通过多个城市道路网规划的实例,从路网改造、蜂腰、错位、瓶颈、环路、高速路上下匝道等多个方面论述了道路网规划中存在的主要问题,对于我国城市道路网规划实践具有重要的指导意义。Functions of road network include traffic and transportation, inbuilt space of public facilities, urban space framework, afforesting, disaster prevention etc. Basic thought of road network planning is diversion of traffic. Basic contents of road network planning are expounded from three aspects of road category scale, road network density and road network shape. Thought examples of road network planning in many cities, existent problems of road network planning are expounded, mainly including road network reform, wasp waist, offset, bottleneck, ring road and ramp of overhead road etc., which have guidance significance to road network planning practice of China cities.
