摘  要:糖尿病是由多种原因引起的β细胞功能减退,致胰岛素分泌相对或绝对不足引发的糖代谢紊乱,最终导致全身多器官的损害。众所周知,胰岛素的应用虽明显改善了患者的糖代谢紊乱,但无法阻止糖尿病各种并发症的发生及发展,而在体内建立内源性的胰岛素分泌系统才能治愈糖尿病。全胰移植可有效治疗糖尿病,但因其手术创伤大、病死率高、免疫原性大等缺点不再受到人们的青睐,而胰岛移植具有操作简单、创伤小、并发症少等优点,近年来逐渐受到医学界的重视,成为又一新的研究热点。Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by high glucose level, which result from defects in insulin secretion, or action, or both. Diabetes mellitus can lead to multiple organ lesion in late stage. As we know , insulin administration having promoted the quality of the patients markedly can not prevent the processes and developments of all kinds of the diabetic complications. Only building endogenous insulin secretion system can heal the diabetes mellitus. Although the whole-organ pancreas transplants are relatively successful mothod, it is now less used because of its morbidity and bigger impairment. Increasingly importance has been attached to the islet transplantation because of the simplicity of operation,little injury, little complication and so on. Islet transplantation will become to the new shot in the endocrine field.
