摘　　要：类胰蛋白酶是肥大细胞的重要介质之一,在肥大细胞被激活后释出胞外,与其他介质一起参与过敏性炎症过程。类胰蛋白酶一方面对过敏反应症状的出现有一定影响,另一方面可以作为肥大细胞脱颗粒的标志物,在过敏性疾病的鉴别诊断中起重要作用。Tryptaac is an imprrtant mediator secreted by activated mastoayt. It participates in the participates in the process of allergic inflammation with other mediators.On the one hand,tryptase has influnce on appearance of allergic symptoms,on the other hand it uses as a marker of mastocyte degranulation. Tryptase measurement can he used to distinguish allergic disease from other diseases.
