摘　　要：目前矿权管理中存在着一些影响矿权市场建设和和谐社会建设的突出问题,诸如探矿权价格的确认与征收和探采矿权价格的混淆,信息服务不到位,方法不当,违法行政,职责不清等。为依法行政、规范管理,促进和谐社会建设,改变目前这种现状,应加强矿产资源法的普及教育,依法行政,加强服务,规范管理,慎重承诺,加强信息库建设,力促政策公平。At present in mining right management exist some problems which is producing effects on mining right market and harmonious society construction,such as formulation and taxation of mineral exploration right price; mixing up of mineral exploration right price and mineral exploitation right price,information service is not good,illegal administration,the duties are not defined clearly and etc.The next measures should be took for resolving above-mentioned problems and building up harmonious society,such as propaganda and education of mineral resource law should be enhanced in order to promote legal administration and standardizing management,information bank construction should be strengthened to promote police fair and etc.
