摘　　要：本文简要介绍了全中文工控组态软件MCGS,并以THJ-2型高级过程控制系统实验装置为例,阐述了该系统的硬件组成、控制方法、功能以及采用MCGS开发的人机接口可视化界面(HMI)。讲述了该系统开发的基本过程以及工控机怎样通过RS-485通讯协议与装置进行通讯。实践证明,系统具有界面友好、易于操作、运行可靠、便于升级扩充等特点。This paper introduces the industrial control configuration software written in chinese, MCGS. introduces the structure of the system, its functions and the human- machine interface（HMI）. The development of the system by using MCGS and the communication between the device and industrial control computer by RS - 485 serial commtmication protocol are also discussed.
