摘　　要：对锅炉省煤器烧红变形的原因进行了分析,找出形成烟气走廊和水量分配不均匀是造成省煤器蛇形管束过热变形的原因,并提出处理方案。The article analyses the reason that the economizer of the boiler is burned into distortion, and find smoke hallway and the asymmetric distribution of water is the main reason that causes serpentine tubes of the economizer distorted by superheating. The processing scheme is proposed.
