摘　　要：在线检测是指在生产过程中直接对被检测产品的特性进行检测的方法。文章介绍了在线检测设备的检测手段及其在纺纱工程中的应用,重点介绍了检测后的控制手段在自调匀整中的应用,就在线检测技术在纺织中的发展趋势做出了预测。On-line testing is a method for directly testing the properties of products in the course of production. The article introduces the testing measures of on-line testing system and the application of such system in spinning process. It particularly discusses the post-testing measures for controlling silver quality when using the on-line testing system together with auto-leveling system. The future development of on-line testing system in textile production is also anticipated.
