摘 要:测定分析了青海省湟水流域不同土壤类型理化性状和微生物数量,研究了土壤微生物生态分布。结果表明,土壤微生物的数量和分布受多方面因素的综合影响,不同土壤类型土壤微生物的数量不同,农田土壤差异不明显,自然土壤中土壤微生物数量有较大差异;土壤微生物的数量与土壤养分尤其是土壤有机质有明显的正相关关系;不同的农业利用方式改变了土壤环境,导致了旱地土壤微生物数量大于水地土壤,菜地土壤大于粮田土壤。The soil physical chemistry character and the quantity of microbe were analyzed to study on soil microbe ecological distribution of Huangshui valley in Qinghai province. The result showed that quantity and distribution of soil microbe are affected by many factors. Quantity in every kind of type soil is different. The farmland soil difference is not obvious, but it is obvious in nature soil. The quantity of microbe is positively correlated to the soil organic matter. The different agriculture usage of pattern changed soil environment. So that the quantity of microbe in irrigated land is higher than in rainfed land, and vegetables land soil is higher than in farmland soil.
