摘　　要：目的介绍应用BenchmarkDoseSoftware中的Rai&VanRyzin巢式模型进行化合物对动物仔代影响的危险度评价方法。方法用发育毒性实验数据进行模型拟合。结果根据模型为所研究物质推算出BMD及BMDL。结论软件包的使用使建模变得简单、方便,在发育毒理学研究中有广泛的应用前景。Objective To give an introduce for applying Rai ＆ Van Ryzin nested model of Benchmark Dose Software to affects of animal fetuses with chemicals. Method Modeling with the data from developmental toxic experiment, Result According to the model we can calculate BMD and BMDL. Conclusion The software is a useful tool which makes modeling simpler and easier and would have wide application.
