摘　　要：为了解决面向业务网络管理中怎样快速提供满足用户需求的复杂新业务的问题,根据面向业务管理网(SMN)的概念和模型为基础,从业务复用的视点出发,针对整个业务生命周期建立了业务云模型,并设计了业务云发生器,可以方便快速地产生新业务。最后,给出并实现了一个基于业务云模型的SMN原型框架。The development of new services through the composition of pre-exist ones has gained a considerable momentum as a means to realize complex services. Substantial progress has already been made towards composing services. Unfortunately, these approaches cannot build a module of the whole life cycle of composing service. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs a module named service-cloud module based on the forming picture of clouds. Service-cloud model can describe the whole life cycle of the composing Web services： discovery, compose, offer, and terminate. Based on service-cloud module, it provides the architecture, and also designs and implements a prototype of service-cloud.
