摘　　要：随着我国硫磺制酸工业的发展和装置大型化,轴流压缩机已成为大型硫磺制酸装置和硫铁矿制酸装置的必然选择。针对主风机设置在干燥塔前后不同位置,以工程实例,介绍了轴流压缩机组在硫磺制酸工艺流程中的两种配置,及其相关参数、开机原理和注意事项等。With the development and China’s sulfur-based sulfuric acid industry and as the plant is becoming larger,axial flow compressors have become a necessary choice for large-sized sulfur based sulfuric acid plants and pyrite-based sulfuric acid plants.For different locations of the main blower before and after the drying tower,and using actual engineering examples,two configurations of the axial flow compressor unit in the sulfur-based sulfuric acid process flow are introduced,as well as relevant parameters,start-up principles and precautions,etc.
