摘 要:土壤硝态氮速测箱(N-kit)的测定结果和流动分析仪的测定结果有较好的相关性,相关系数为0.8101,说明孽方法能满足田间条件下的测试精度。该方法对北京地区小麦产量的预测精度分别为75%;小麦拔节期0~30cm土壤硝态氮速测的临界浓度范围分别为24.8~27.7mg kg^-1。并建立了不同测定值对应的追肥量指标。A good relationship ( r = 0. 8101 ) between the nitrate nitrogen concentration measured with quick nitrate nitrogen test box ( N - kit) and that of measured with CFA method suggested that the accuracy of N - kit can satisfy the need of on - farm testing. The prediction accuracy to crop grain yield of this method was 75% for wheat. The critical deficiency range of 0 - 30cm topsoil nitrate nitrogen concentration were 24.8 to 27.7mg kg^-1 for wheat just before jointing stage. Based upon the nitrate concentration in soil, the rate of topdressing nitrogen fertilizer could be recommended.
