摘 要:为了更好地保护环境,以水作为溶剂,从有机和无机途径用溶胶凝胶法制备了具有耐蚀性能的LiCoO2的涂层。结果表明:两种途径制备的涂层在热处理过程中物相结构的变化是类似的,在干凝胶状态下为非晶态结构,400℃已晶化,物相为Li0.4CoO2;650℃涂层晶化已趋于完整,最终得到的涂层物相结构为LiCoO2。有机途径制备的锂钴复合氧化物涂层表面呈略有起伏的无规则岛状形貌,而无机途径的涂层表面较为致密平整。LiCoO_2 anticorrosion coatings were prepared using organic and inorganic sol-gel processes. The microstructures and morphologies of the coatings were investigated. The results showed that the coatings prepared from the two routes had similar phase transition during heat treatment. Namely, they had non-crystalline structure in dry gel state but were composed of crystallized Li_ 0.4CoO_2 and completely crystallized LiCoO_2 after being heat-treated at 400 ℃ and 650 ℃, respectively. Moreover, the coating prepared via organic route was characterized by island-like morphology, while that prepared via inorganic route had relatively dense and smooth morphology.
