摘　　要：目的:分析超高消费住院病例医疗费用的主要原因。方法:对××××年全年×××所军队医院所收治的全部超高消费住院病例进行回顾性调查,调查了病例的疾病分布情况、年龄分布与住院费用和住院天数的关系、病情特征及费用结构并进行统计分析,进而对影响超高消费住院病例医疗费用因素进行多因素分析。结论:超高消费住院病例病种集中,年龄与住院费用没有关系,影响住院费用的原因主要是与病情有关的因素如感染、护理、抢救和手术等。Objective： To analyze the chief causes of medical expense of more than 500 thousand yuan for in-patient. Method： In-patients in xxx at xxx army hospitals with medical expense of more than 500 thousand yuan were investigated . Distributing of disease ,relationship between age distributing and cost and makeup of cost were investigated. Variables that influenced cost in hospitals were analyzed. Conclusion： Age and cost in hospitals is no relation .The important Variables that influenced cost are infection ,nurse, salvage and operation.
