清远市业余体校现状研究

摘　　要：通过对清远市业余体校训练现状的调查分析发现:清远市业余体校存在训练体制不完善,教练员科研水平不高,运动员文化学习与体育训练矛盾重重、出路狭窄、训练经费不足等问题;提出各级政府应加大对体校的财政投入,体校应采取多渠道办学形式,打破经费来源单一的格局,提高培养效益,建立商业化模式.To investigate the current situation of training in the spare - time sports schools of QingYuan. Then to find out that there some problems in those schools, such as the incomplete training systems, the coaches no high scientific research standard , the terrible contradictions between learning and training, the limited jobs for the graduates, the insufficient funds and so on. And some suggestions were promoted. On the one hand, the government at all levels should enlarger more investigations on the sports schools, the school themselves should run the school in multiform methods, change the simplistic source of funds, and increase the nutrition benefits to establish a commercialize patter management in the market.
