开发式扶贫与农村合作制度供求分析

摘　　要：合作经济组织在我国农村开发式扶贫政策实施过程中有着重大的潜在需求,但农户对其的实际需求不足,政府对于合作经济组织存在着实际供给过度而有效供给不足,因此,政府应加强对于农民的合作意识教育,加快使农村合作经济组织的潜在需求转化为实际需求的速度,同时加快有效供给,实现增收脱贫的目标。Cooperative economical organizations are in enormous potential demands in implementing the policy of developmental aid-thepoor in our rural areas. Nevertheless, farmers＇ practical demands are insufficient. On the other hand, cooperative economical organizations are suffering from overly practical supply and insufficiency of effectivesupply. Therefore,the government should strenghthen the training of farmers＇ eooperatvie awareness, and accelerate the pace of transforming the potential demands into practical demands. Meanwhile, the government should increase effective supply and achieve the goal of improving income and shaking off poverty.
