摘　　要：畜禽养殖业对提高人民生活水平起到过很大作用,但随着畜禽业的迅猛发展,其所产生的大量污染物不仅影响和恶化畜禽自身生存的环境,而且还对大气、水、土壤和人体健康造成危害．本文在综合分析畜禽养殖业的发展、污染现状、对环境的影响以及产生污染原因的基础上提出了防治措施:加强宣传教育,提高全民环保意识;合理规划,科学布局;采取农牧结合方式进行源头控制;合理处理污染物;加大资金投入,实施奖罚政策．Husbandry of livestock and poultry played a very important role in improving the people＇s living standards. But with the fast development of husbandry industry, it produced a large amount of pollutant, which not merely influence and worsen the live environment of animals, but also cause danger to atmosphere, water, soil and people＇s health. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the husbandry development, polluting situation, impact on environment and pollution reason synthetically, it proposed preventing and curing measures of it. Strengthen propagation and education, improve the whole people＇s environmental consciousness; rational planning and scientific arrangement; combine agriculture and animal husbandry to control the pollution from the source; improve the deal with ability of pollutant, deal with the pollutant rationally; Increase the fund input, implement the policy of rewarding and punishing.
