摘　　要：针对TNT基炸药及其机械加工特点,设计出对人和环境友好的CFE系列TNT基炸药机械加工专用防锈切削液.通过变色特性实验、防锈性实验、微热量热实验对该系列配方进行了筛选和评价,获得了不与TNT,HMX,RDX发生变色反应的CFE-3配方,该配方稀释至质量浓度为3%～8%时,稀释液对A3钢具有良好的防锈效果.详细探讨了CFE-3对A3钢的防锈机理.CFE-3配制工艺简单、使用方便,用自来水稀释至3%～8%,即可用于TNT基炸药机械加工.Based on analyzing the characteristic of the TNT and TNT-based charges machining, the CFE cutting fluid series for TNT based charges machining which made friends with human and environment are designed. The CFE series are sifted and evaluated by the discolouration compatibility test, antirust test and microcalorimetric test. Evaluated result shows that no discoloured reaction occurs when CFE-3 contacts with TNT, HMX and RDX. 3%-8% CFE-3（qualitative concentration） has good antirust ability for A3 type steel. The antirust mechanism of CFE-3 for A3 type steel is discussed in detail. The CFE-3 is easy to be made up and is convenient to be used. After diluted with tap water to 3 % -8% qualitative concentration, CFE-3 can be instantl, y used for TNT-based charges machining.
