两优培九穗颈节与穗部性状关系研究

摘  要:在高产栽培条件下,以两优培九为材料,以9311﹑汕优63及培两优288为对照,研究了两优培九生育后期穗颈组织解剖特征和过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性及丙二醛含量的变化.结果表明两优培九生育后期穗颈大﹑小维管束数目以及维管束面积大于对照;穗颈过氧化物酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性都高于对照,丙二醛含量比对照均低.说明两优培九生育后期穗颈输导组织发达和抗衰老能力强.Under the high-yield cultivating condition, fibrovascular anatomic structure and physiological activity of the upmost internode in Liangyoupeijiu during ripening phase with 9311, Shanyou 63 and Peiliangyou 288 as controls.It showed that the number and areas of large and small vascular bundle, POD activity and CAT content are superior to controls but the content of MDA is junior to controls.It showed that Liangyoupeijiu had developed carrying structure of the upmost internode and stronger anti-senescence ability during ripening phase
