摘　　要：在初步分析评价该区金矿成矿地质背景、矿床地质特征与地球物理化学诸因素的基础上,认为该区金矿的成矿地质条件良好,目前初步认为有两种金矿类型,即石英脉型金矿和构造蚀变岩型金矿,后者具有较好的找矿前景。Initiative investigation on minerogenic geologic background, geology feature of the deposit, geophysics and geochemistry is carried out at the area of Pingqiu gold deposit, Jingping, southeastern Guizhou, which indicates favorable terms in mineralization of the deposit and holds two kinds of gold deposits in initiative consideration, i. e. quartz-vein-type gold deposit and structural alteration-rock-type gold deposit, the latter provides with preferable ore-seeking foreground.
