摘　　要：针对转炉炉底上涨的原因进行了分析,并提出了改进措施。从优化设备参数、操作等方面入手。It has carried on the analysis of the Converter bottom rising reason,and proposed the improvement measure,melted the parameter of the equipment and operation in order to obtain the effeltive Control of the furnace bottom rising.
